Yacht Delivery Information

We know your vessel is your pride and joy and our Captains and crew shall treat her as if she was our own. As an owner you can be confident that NYS shall fully discuss the proposed voyage and all the necessary details to give you peace of mind that your vessel will be delivered safely, on time and on budget. Our goal is to always provide exceptional customer service and our Captains go above and beyond to insure confidence and satisfaction.

Our yacht transport services require a minimum of one US Coast Guard licensed professional mariner and typically at least one deckhand. More captains/deckhands may be required depending on the size of vessel and length of trip.

Rates:

Short trips: Typically completed in a single day – Billed hourly depending on number of crew required. Number of crew predicated on style/age of vessel, distance and port of arrival.

Long trips: Typically 2 day minimum up to 3 weeks depending on distance, weather and vessel. Trips require a minimum of two (2) licensed maritime captains.

Additional Fees:

Provisions: $50 per day per person (food/water) per diem while on the vessel. Note: Provisions typically not billed for single day trips.

Travel: Round trip transportation from our home port (Boston) to your vessels starting point and return travel from the vessels final destination back to our home port. We are committed to travel by the most economical means possible. Often we are able to simply drive to your vessel and work diligently to keep travel costs down as much as possible for our clients.

Crew Travel Pay: Equal to standard daily rates for Captain and deckhand(s).

Fuel: Fuel/Oil or other consumables used during the trip will be at the owners expense.

Dockage Fees: Docking fees will be at rate charged by local marinas during the trip. NYS does not add additional costs to the marinas rates. We do not run boats 24 hours per day but work diligently to get your vessel delivered in the shortest period allowed. We will fully discuss the trip, estimated time and cost with you before agreeing on a delivery contract.
